Event Volunteer Disclaimer

I, the undersigned, voluntarily agree to participate as a volunteer in this event. I understand that participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with my participation. I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, property owners, the City of Rainier, Columbia County, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in volunteer activities and will follow all safety instructions provided by event organizers.

I understand that photographs, video, or other recordings may be taken during the event and grant permission for my image and likeness to be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes without compensation.

I have read and understand this Volunteer Participation and Liability Waiver and sign it voluntarily.

Each volunteer will receive a special Rainier Days in the Park volunteer t-shirt to wear while they work!

For every 4 hours worked, each volunteer will receive a meal voucher to use at any of our food court booths!
